An End-to-End Journey from Yarn to Garment
At Panada, design is never a shot in the dark—it’s a calculated art form. A 3-D designer in Milan uploads a color swatch called “moss after rain”; our AI scans 2,400 traceable yarns and locks in a 70 % TENCEL / 20 % organic-cotton / 10 % recycled-poly blend in five minutes. Instantly, our digital-twin plant in Nantong fires up CLO-SET to auto-grade patterns with ≤ 1.5 mm tolerance.
For craftsmanship, we give small runs big-run precision. MES splits an 80-piece MOQ into 20 micro-batches. JUKI auto-cutters slice 60 plies at once while AI vision eliminates flaws, boosting yield by 11 %. Overhead conveyors drop change-over time from 45 min to 7 min; digital print and embroidery run in one pass—no second sewing step. Every pajama endures a 24-hour wash test and AI stitch scan, keeping returns below 0.3 %.
Green is standard, not optional. Our 1.2 MW rooftop solar covers 42 % of power; each meter of fabric emits 35 % less CO₂ than the industry average. Every fabric roll is QR-logged with GOTS, FSC and GRS certificates, letting consumers scan to see the cotton farm, spinning batch and sewing cell.
From concept to delivery takes seven days: design locked → 24-hour digital sample → five-day flexible bulk → 48-hour global cloud-warehouse launch. Creativity, on tap—that’s Panada Fashion.
