Face fabric + waterproof membrane + liner heat-laminated in one pass; 0.8 mm dot glue delivers 28 k mm hydrostatic head and >15 k g/m²/24 h breathability.
2. Seam Sealing (Dot Taping)
Critical seams covered with 14 mm PU tape; four-bar hot-air welder at 600 °C melts tape into stitch holes for 100 % water-tightness.
3. Laser-Cut Pit Vents
Laser beam ±0.1 mm, no fray; zipper ultrasonically welded to reduce weight by 8 % and eliminate leakage points.
4. Ultrasonic-Welded Pockets
High-frequency fusion seals pocket hems without needle holes, lighter and leak-free.
5. Embedded Cord Locks
3-D-printed mini cord locks encapsulated between shell and liner during taping—no external hardware to snag or freeze.
6. Bonded Water-Repellent Zipper
YKK AquaGuard® zipper heat-pressed onto PU film, removing stitch rows and creating a flat, weather-proof closure.
7. Fully Taped Hood (Hood Seam Sealing)
Crown, brim and adjusters receive continuous tape; pre-curved visor bonded to avoid multi-layer stitching and water ingress.
8. C0 Fluoro-Free DWR
PFC-free emulsion padded at 180 °C, cured 90 s; spray rating ≥ 90/100 after 50 ISO 6330 washes.
9. Full Garment Binding
All internal raw edges bound with lightweight tricot, preventing membrane fray and improving next-to-skin comfort.
10. RFID Piece-Level QC
Every jacket carries an RFID tag; each operator scans temperature, pressure and images to the cloud in real time—final pass rate ≥ 99 %.

Expédition et retour
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
